Yes. If you heard me, you heard it right. A beautiful nightmare. Ironically enough, that is the title of my upcoming YA novel/trilogy, Beautiful Nightmare. Yes, it is that same book I've been rambling on and on about for months. I've been saying it'd come out in September, but the current release date of it is unknown. But when it does release, I'm sure it would be EPIC. I have almost 60 Inkpoppers on my notification list for this, which is a lot to have on that website. I have about a couple thousand words written so far. However, I've been getting a lot of questions...
What is Beautiful Nightmare even about? To quickly sum-up your question: After envisioning a beautiful girl in a vivid nightmare, seventeen-year-old Gavin Perry tries to uncover the mystery of the new student at his small-town high school only to discover that he is the one destined to destroy her. And how many books have you read in this world where the romantic interests are antagonists towards each other? Not too many, I hope. However, many have been billing my paranormal romance down as cliche. Well boo to you. Because I bet you never even bothered reading the excerpt yet, have you? What book have you ever read where the main character is trying to KILL himself in the very
beginning? Exactly. Not too many either.
Inkpop user, alli_cat, has been nice enough to take the time to make me a book trailer for my upcoming 2011 novel. She's currently working on it, but when she gives me the link to it, you can probably imagine I'll do some serious promo and even post it on this blog. I seriously can't wait! But first, I have to complete chapter one. Ha-ha, I'm almost done with the introductory piece though. No worries, no worries.
